I stayed at the hotel and found it to be cozy and well-equipped, although there were some drawbacks like the lack of soundproofing between lodges and a less than ideal mattress. The location was great for exploring the surrounding natural beauty, but the in-room amenities were a bit lacking. The staff provided mixed experiences, with some members being exceptionally accommodating while others fell short. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.
